Had food last night took an hour and a half to deliver and food was stone cold as a regular I was very disappointed had to reheat everything

Had my delivery the food was cold and chips like rubber and my pompdom was in pieces . Food Iv had before has been nice but not happy with tonight’s order!!

Very unhappy tonight, we are regulars, ordered 2 kebabs turned up with no mint or salad! Disappointed as we usually have good food and service.

I'm not from around this erea but I can say its one of the best Indian meals I've ever had. Very tasty and fresh. I'd highly recommend this takeaway.

always a good meal great service, the delivery driver is always polite i tried to find faults but nothing to find, highly recommended.

just had our first order. we had a mushroom Biriyani and a prawn one. We couldn't eat much of it as they were both so very salty, did someone have an accident with the salt pot? wasted our hard earned money. So salty it ruined any taste.

First time I’ve ordered since living here a year. Wow food arrived very very quickly it was hot which doesn’t always happen with delivery food. Really great food full of flavour definitely made with love. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to order again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well i left a review before with 5 stars that was years ago few weeks ago i had a korma and naan korma was like water and naan was uncooked fingers went through the dough i mentioned it yesterday when i picked up my kabab but was not interested and this time my kabab meat was ok but naan is on my kitchen top as again incooked i am afraid thats the last time i will go there sham as it was the best thing about this village

Food came late. Drivers is one of a kind. Dont think the higher ups are very communative which sucks. But good food good driver.

1st time i've tried King Balti and it has ruined me for other curry houses. My curry was so delicious I have never tasted a nicer one, the mint sauce and sublime. Highly recommend, thanks x

After posting a negative review last time, the order tonight was perfect. Lovely food, order delivered in timely fashion, no complaints whatsoever. Just proves that anyone can’t be perfect 100% of the time. So hope everyone looks at the overwhelming number of good reviews to make up your minds.

3594/1608294602 These people continue to send emails and adverting BUT FAIL to sort the missing biryani and veg curry despite telephone calls, emails, this site, and their marketing team. ZERO INTEREST. GIVE THESE CLOWNS A MISS UNTIL MANAGER REPLACED how much income lost in 16 weeks as we now order elsewhere - owners must be impressed with the clown

4th time we have ordered, and 3rd time the order has been wrong. To make things worse tonight food was barely warm, no chips and what was probably 3/4 of a poppadom broken up in the bag. Will not use King Balti again. Very poor.

Usually good food and reliable delivery, however order last night was 1hr 20 late, incomplete(no poppadoms for chutney tray) and chips were cold. Very disappointed.

Excellent food - delivery incorrect - did not give a toss - ignored emails, Facebook, and messenger to rectify - and charged for delivery when site stated free over £12 - Bloody shame excellent cooks led by numpties

It is such a shame as my first order was delivered on time, but I am sorry to say we have ordered two times after and tonight being one of them and it’s been three quarter an hour late. Such a shame as your food is lovely. I have given three stars as delivery is not good but food is lovely

First order tonight. Food was delivered within the estimate time. The driver was pleasant and friendly. The food was worth waiting for. It was absolutely delicious!!I'll definitely order Again.. Well recommended
